Aerial Yoga:

Explore the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space in our Aerial Yoga classes. This body/mind/spirit class focuses the mind through powerful visualizations as it floats the body through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body.

Aerial Yoga Level 1

This is a beginner level aerial yoga class. It is designed to introduce you to the proper use and placement of the aerial fabric. This class will focus on balance, form, flexibility deep stretches and strength in and out of the fabric.  We will lower the fabric during the class to help achieve the standing postures and core exercises required to progress to level 2.  This class is for those with some yoga experience as as well as those with no yoga experience.  You will learn and practice many of the beginner yoga techniques and poses.

A yoga mat is required.

We do not teach inversions (headstands or any upside-down positions) in this level 1 class.

*Aerial Yoga – Level 2

Level 2 classes are built on what was learned in Level 1 with main focus on your core, upper body strength, and flexibility. The fabric will be raised as you begin to test your balance and gain body awareness as you start to learn inversions – both supported and unsupported. A flip or 2 might begin to happen……..

**Open to anyone with an open mind willing to deepen their trust with the fabric and push beyond their comfort zone. Level 1 is not required to attend Level 2.

Aerial Yoga – Level 3  Learning to Expand

This level will challenge you to build all-around strength and increase flexibility. Spend more time upside down and explore more advanced aerial “tricks” pushing you to the next level.

**Must have taken Level 2 for 16 weeks or approved by a qualified instructor

*Aerial Yoga – Restorative *
Hammocks are dropped to just a foot above the ground bringing yoga to a new level.  Our restorative class is therapy for just about anyone.  This class is based on Yin yoga and helping those who have injuries practice safely.

Boot Camp:

Our Instructors offer the highest level of training that is certain to get you results.  From Newbie’s to the experienced camper, you will be amazed at the fitness level you are capable of reaching and Will!. This class consists of cardio, strength, and YOUR sweat for the complete workout you’re looking for. This class will have you wanting to enlist each time it’s offered!

Booty Camp:

This butt kicking workout is a variety of exercises combined with weights, and bands. This class will have you wanting to enlist each time it’s offered and have that butt, “bootylicious” in no time!!

Boxing: (Please bring in boxing gloves if interested in using heavy bags in class!)

This knockout class is a whole body workout that has the intensity that you’re looking for. Gain strength, burn calories, and challenge your mental toughness.

Cardio Sculpt:

A heart pumping aerobic workout that combines weights, bands, Kettle Bells, and fun for an all over body-burning experience!

Families n Motion: (ages 7 & up)

Enjoy a workout with the kids! A family that sweats together sticks together!  Class will blend bands, balls, and fun with a cardio twist!

H.I.I.T. Training:

High Intensity Interval Training, 30 minutes of extreme strength and cardio! Like PX90, Insanity, and Tabata, but much safer! If you’ve done Crossfit, you might be able to keep up!   Are you up for the Challenge?

Kick Boxing:

This knockout class is a whole body workout that has the intensity that you’re looking for. Gain strength, challenge your mental toughness. Not to be confused with Cardio kick box, you’ll be punching and kicking your way into shape! Burn up to 1000 Cal per hour, get in shape, have more confidence, learn some self-defense and have fun too!

Our instructors are highly experienced,certified and or have been teaching or competitive in Kickboxing or Boxing for years!

Boxing gloves and bags used.  All Levels welcome! ( Registration Required )

Personal Training:

You will meet with highly trained professionals that can design and personalize a workout especially for you! These workouts will teach proper form and technique along with nutritional advice to help you reach your goals, making this a lifestyle change! All Trainers have a minimum of 5 years experience!

Pilates:

Improves your physical and mental well being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements done as mat exercises to tone and strengthen body. Pilates also increases circulation and helps sculpt the body.

Improves your physical and mental well being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements done as mat exercises to tone and strengthen the entire body. Increases circulation and helps sculpt the body. All levels are welcome

PiYo:

A unique and innovative way of approaching mind/body. By combining yoga and Pilates we get improved strength, flexibility, balance, and the always needed, relaxation.

Pole Dance Fitness:

Are you looking for an alternative to typical aerobic exercise? Then pole fitness is perfect for you! Get into shape fast with our pole dancing fitness lessons given to woman of all ages. This is a fun way to eliminate excess pounds, build muscle, and create curves like you had in high school. Additionally, our classes help you build a stronger heart for better overall health. Pole fitness is hands down the most fun you can have while building confidence, strength, flexibility and most important, self – esteem! We will be offering 8 levels of this spunky class!  Class meets once a week – Must be 18 or Older to attend!

TRX & RIP Training:  

Born in the U.S. Navy Seals and developed by Fitness Anywhere®, Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight. Using your own body weight, perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

TRX for Family: (ages7 & up)

TRX is the fun family exercise that gets you in shape. The body weight- based training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. highly recommended for children, weight training is not recommended for children, so this class is perfect

Yoga:

Is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline, originating in ancient India. Yoga is the perfect way to ensure overall health and physical fitness. Through meditation and breathing exercises, you can banish all your stress and lead a healthier life.

Zumba:

A Latin inspired dance fitness program that blends red hot international music and contagious steps to form a “fitness party”.  This class is so much fun, you’re sure to catch the Zumba Fever! You just might feel muscles you didn’t know you had!

Zumba for the Family: (ages 7 +)

A Fun filled family class. Kids will have so much fun in this class that they won’t even know they are exercising! What a great way to spend time with the family.

Zumbatomic: Ages 7-12 

45 minutes Kids ONLY Class of feet and arms moving to the beat of their favorite tunes! Kids love this class so much; it could be hard getting them to go home afterwards!  By the way…NO Parents allowed

Zumba Gold:

This class is for beginners to intermediate levels. Don’t underestimate this class, you will love it!!
