Tricks & FlipsThis class is for the advanced and intermediate aerial and pole enthusiasts. In this class you will be flying, hanging upside down, flipping, wrapping, dropping and putting combinations together on both the pole and hammock. To participate in this class you must know the names of the positions in both pole and aerial, be able to hold yourself up for 10 seconds, already have participated in Aerial 1/2 for at least 8 weeks or be approved by a qualified instructor. Make sure you bring water, yoga mat, your biggest smile and have an open mind. Please keep your jewelry and clothing with zippers at home, it can easily tear the silk and scratch the poles.

Tricks & FlipsThis class is for the advanced and intermediate aerial and pole enthusiasts. In this class you will be flying, hanging upside down, flipping, wrapping, dropping and putting combinations together on both the pole and hammock. To participate in this class you must know the names of the positions in both pole and aerial, be able to hold yourself up for 10 seconds, already have participated in Aerial 1/2 for at least 8 weeks or be approved by a qualified instructor. Make sure you bring water, yoga mat, your biggest smile and have an open mind. Please keep your jewelry and clothing with zippers at home, it can easily tear the silk and scratch the poles.
