Ditch the Diet® – Menu Planning and Healthy Portions
The first component of Ditch the Diet® is planning a healthy menu and to have a proper balance and quality between carbs, proteins, fats, vegetables and fruits. Learning about foods that spike blood sugar and what happens to your body after eating those foods year after year. What a portion really is and why you just can’t seem to take weight off and worse keep it off!
The second component of Ditch the Diet® is learning the importance of exercise and how you can do it easily in your own home with a band and a few weights! Every class has an exercise portion in it, so wear your work out attire!
Ditch the Diet® is a program that focuses on changing behavioral eating habits and teaches how to move (exercise) in your home.
