“My Size Fitness” is the perfect class for women who are intimated or self conscious about walking into big health club or gyms. The class is held by Trainers, who care and understand you and any Health limitations you may have. Our trainers personally design and monitor workouts, heart rates and meal plans.
The Program has weekly weigh-ins, support meetings and webinars that are held to keep those accountable and to educate them more about nutrition.
